What are the spa's opening hours?

Is the spa circuit private?

No. The spa circuit is a public space, shared with anyone else who has a booking for the same time slot. The maximum capacity of the spa is 12 people.

Can I use the spa without a booking?

Accepted Answer

Because of the spa's limited capacity, and in order to offer the most relaxing experience possible, access must be arranged in advance by appointment. At weekends we recommend booking further in advance.

Question 4

I have a massage voucher for 2 people. Are the massages given at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Only the couples massage and the combined massage and pressotherapy treatment are given simultaneously. All other massages and treatments are given one after the other, so the second person will have to wait.

How do I book a spa session or a treatment?

Bookings must be made by phone, calling +34 945 181 000 between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We do not handle booking requests by email or outside the opening hours stated above.

What do I need to bring to use the spa circuit?

Please bring a swimsuit or a full bikini, flip-flops, a swimming cap and your own towels.

What does the spa circuit include?

Our spa circuit features a hydromassage pool, as well as a Finnish sauna and an ice fountain for contrast therapy. Due to space constraints, we do not have a steam room.

How late can I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your spa or treatment booking until 8:00 p.m. on the previous day. Later cancellations or no-shows will result in the voucher being redeemed.

Are children allowed?

Accepted Answer

Children aged 8 and over are welcome during our children's slot, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
